Bistro 5 has received rave reviews since its opening in May of 1999. The significant expansion of the restaurant completed in May 2002 transformed Bistro 5 from a diminutive neighborhood gem into a high-end dining experience. Chef/Owner Vittorio Ettore has been lauded by the press. But the loyal following of regular Bistro 5 patrons is perhaps its most important review.
