Mentoring Programs


Inspired by fatherhood, Chef Ettore began to volunteer in 2006 for the Muraco and Ambrose Elementary School for their mentoring program.  He has welcomed each child he has mentored into the fold of the restaurant so they feel a part of the staff and learn each aspect of the front and back of the house.  By the time they leave the program they are a seasoned part of the Bistro 5 family.  Our guests often wonder who the “famous” child is, that all the staff are fawning over, when one of our mentor program graduates comes in to visit.
